As someone who is starting with a very foundational level of understanding the nonprofit sector, this course served as a great learning tool for me and introduced new and familiar concepts. I enjoyed the video commentary segments that took the course material and put them into a real-life context. The case studies were also a very helpful personal assessment tool to see how much of the material was mastered and what concepts still needed to be reviewed. Looking forward to taking the other courses in this certificate series!
